About the place

Ready to move in furnished room on the first floor on the street side with laminate flooring, curtains and wall cupboard. Every other week a cleaning lady comes to clean the shared areas. Nice bathroom and kitchen with laundry room and all comfort. Only students who study at the TU live there. There are no shared obligations such as eating. All things such as refrigerators, freezers, washing machine, dishwasher etc. are part of the service of the house. So it is not a party house, but a house with neat quiet residents who combine neat living with serious studying. In fact, parties and the like are not allowed in this house because we do not want any nuisance and the current residents do not need this either and I am looking for a male tenant.
