About the place

We’re on the lookout for a fun and friendly roommate for our cozy little home! This charming 90-year-old townhouse is centrally located in Eindhoven, with nature, the IJzeren Man, and the city right around the corner. It’s just a 10-minute bike ride to the center and a quick 5 minutes to TU/e!

A room is opening up because one of our housemates is heading abroad for a while—actually, two rooms! You’ll have a spacious living room and a bedroom, measuring 20 and 16 m², all to yourself for just €350 a month!

You’ll be sharing the space with two guys and two gals, ages 24 to 32. Two of us are working, and two are in the final stretch of their studies. We don’t eat together every day, but we do have regular shared dinners, and occasionally we like to get together for sports, drinks, games, laughter, and even the occasional tear. Everyone has their own rhythm and space, too. Plus, there’s an insulated music studio in the garage that you can use with a little coordination!

We’re looking for an active new housemate who’s either further along in their studies or already working, someone who enjoys cooking, eating together, and having fun outings.
