It comes with a shared bathroom of another 15 m2 that you only share with 1 other student and access to a cozy shared backyard where you can park your bike. The studio is partially furnished with flooring, allowing you to decorate it according to your own style. Additionally, a private parking space is included!

Student Complex

The room is part of a small student complex with a total of four units: two studios and two rooms. The other listings for the rooms can also be found on Kamernet. Note: We kindly request that everyone applies for only one of the units. During the viewing, you will have the opportunity to see all rooms, and you will then be eligible for one of the available properties.
