For students only; fulltime or parttime doesn't matter so long as you have proof of enrollment in netherlands. 
It's a furnished room, in an house with fully stocked kitchen and spacious bathroom. you will be sharing the house with a hospita and another student; both female. 
registration is possible, you will have a rental contract.
