My name is Ons and I am actively looking for 1 person to join me and current roommate on May 1st in a 3-bedroom-apartment in Diemen.

The furnished apartment is strategically located in Diemen right in front of the Tram station (19) and only at a few minutes from Amsterdam by bike, train or tram. It is very bright and spacious and features 3 bedrooms, a living room, modern kitchen with terrace, vast bathroom, storage to put extra pieces of luggage or bike, heated floor and all kitchen and laundry equipment. Room: 680 incl. utilities ( Electricity, Gas and Water ) + TV + Internet and excl. taxes ( Water, Garbage etc ) + extra utilities (exceeding the fixed installment rate for utilities) - A deposit of the same amount is mandatory. 

Please note that I am looking for 1 serious, mature and respectful person working in the Netherlands who wants to have a long-term rent and a clean, well-maintained and serene environment at home.

Preferably a tenant who follows typical working hours, not to disturb the tranquility of the home with late-night or early-morning work activities
