About the place

Hi everyone,

This ad is for a room in our house at Weteringkade 41. As of August 1st, we’re looking for a new housemate (m/f). We’re specifically looking for someone currently in the master’s or PhD phase—unfortunately, having a work contract isn’t possible due to the conditions of our rental agreement.

We currently live here with five guys between 26 and 30 years old. The house is very centrally located: a 5-minute walk from Holland Spoor station and 15 minutes from The Hague Central Station. There’s a large garden, a well-equipped kitchen, and a basement with a pool table and storage space.

During the day it’s usually quiet because everyone is working, but there’s a relaxed and social atmosphere. So we’re looking for someone who fits in well.

The room is Studio IV, 18.3 m² (see floor plan). The rent including utilities is around €825 per month.
