About the place

Hi everyone,

This ad is for a room in our house at Weteringkade 41. Starting August 1st, we’re looking for a new housemate (m/f). We're specifically looking for someone currently in the master's or PhD phase—unfortunately, someone with a work contract isn't allowed due to the conditions of the rental agreement.

We’re currently five guys between 26 and 30 years old. The house is very centrally located: a 5-minute walk from Holland Spoor station and 15 minutes from The Hague Central Station. There’s a large garden, a well-equipped kitchen, and a basement with a pool table and storage space.

During the day it’s usually quiet since everyone’s working, but the atmosphere is friendly and social. So we’re looking for someone who fits well into that.

The room is Studio III, 22.1 m² (see floor plan). The rent including utilities is around €850 per month.
