You share the main entrance with the resident and you walk through the staircase to the 2nd floor to your attic. The door to your attic can be locked and is completely private. 

The rest of the stairwell is therefore shared with the resident who lives and sleeps on the ground floor and 1st floor.

This apt. does not have its own washing machine or dryer. This is shared with the resident or you can wash outside at the local laundry.
