About the place

Room in apartment for rent in Paul Krugerlaan, The Hague. The room itself is rather small, but you will have almost exclusive access to the living room, which I rarely use, where your desk will be, as well as a TV and couch. The kitchen, bathroom and (separate) toilet are all shared.

The living room and bedroom have big windows with great views of the street that let in sunlight for most of the day. On the other side of the apartment (via my room) there is access to a neighbouring roof where some stray cats live, which is a great place to dry clothes. There is also a a very convenient tram stop and Albert Heijn on the street within about 100m from the apartment.

My previous roommate moved out recently and terminated his part of the contract, so if you ask you could be added to it and could therefore register with the municipality if you wish.

I am an international student at TU Delft, which, as you can imagine, means I'm not around the house too often. I also do not speak Dutch. I typically spend my time playing guitar, working out, or doing combat sports, again, mostly out of the house. I'm looking for someone social and considerate who engages with other people. Sharing interests with me is also a plus. Also please message me if you're a drummer I have a band that really needs one lmao.
