About the place

Hello! We are looking for someone to fill a room in our sharehouse in Oud Schevingen. We are all fairly social and active people that enjoy various sports and beach activities. Come visit and see if the house is a good fit for you!

Base rent is 490p/m excluding utilities. There are heated floors for the winter time and a balcony and plenty of windows to open for the summer time. It is located within a 5 minute walk to both the Duinstraat and Kaizerstraat tram stops for the 11 and 1 which conveniently takes you directly to Den Haag HS. It is also only a 10 minute walk to the beach!

There is a storage room available for additional costs p/m if you would like to do that as well, you would just need to inform the landlord.
