Hi potential roommate!

We are looking for a new roommate for our cozy student house on the Lage Nieuwstraat! We currently live with 3 boys and 3 girls, and we are looking for a seventh roommate. We like to do things together, such as having a drink in the city, watching a movie or playing (board)games. At the same time, we also have our own level and appreciate our own space. THE ROOM

The room is 23m² and has a sink. We also share a washing machine and dishwasher, 3 showers, 3 toilets, a kitchen with a large dining table, a storage room, and a large balcony. There is a tram stop where trams 2, 3, 4, and 6 stop close by, and you can reach the central station in 5 minutes by bike and the Grote Markt in 5 minutes on foot.

Please note! Because you have your own house number, you are (potentially) eligible for housing benefits. The rent subsidy has already been deducted from the rent in this advertisement. To be eligible for the room in any way, you must be registered as a student (full-time; a requirement from the housing agency).
