About the place

De Obrecht is looking for a new roommate! Do you want to experience a unique and unforgettable student time together with 25 others? Then respond with your motivation!
(Meet and greet is Tuesday the 24th of september!)

STUDYING IN THE HAAGLANDEN REGION IS REQUIRED.

What we offer you:
- An active and super cozy residential community
- A room of approx. 24m2 for €560,- per month (and you get housing allowance, €150,-!)
- From our house it is a 5-minute bike ride to the beach and a 15-minute bike ride to the center. We are also easily accessible by tram. Tram 11 is a stone's throw away and tram 17 and 3 are a 5-minute walk away. Furthermore, the bus also stops 1 minute away from the house.
- The room has its own sink, storage space and hallway and you share a shower and toilet per 3 residents.
- Most rooms have their own balcony or outdoor space, but if that room is not open now you can move later!
- The house also has 2 kitchens, a dining room, a living room and a bicycle cellar. The house also has a large roof terrace with beautiful views over the skyline of The Hague.
- There is a spacious basement where, in addition to playing beer pong or celebrating birthdays, a legendary and large house party is held twice a year.

What we expect:
- That you are physically present at our meet and greet on the 24th of September .
- That you are an involved and active housemate. De Obrecht is not a place where you just rent a room, but it is really a household!
- That you are social and willingly follow our traditions, which all revolve around “the heart for home”.
- That you are a student in region Haaglanden.
