About the place

Room of about 38 m2 in spacious house of 155m2! Together with two roommates, you share a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, two separate toilets, and an extra study/guestroom. The room comes a.o. with a bed, and a bathtub! The rest of the house is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, an oven and a washing machine and other furniture. The room in question is the top floor.

We (27M and 30M) are looking for someone who is working, because we like to have a relaxed living/working environment where there is also room to have a bite to eat together and enjoy the occasional beer.

Price is €850,- total, so including emergy, water, taxes, TV and internet. The price is still a rough estimate and therefore possibly subject to some change due to the fluctuating energy prices.
