Normal use only. This means  no illegal activities such as child porn or hacking or other fraudulent activities or torrent websites which compromises other devices connected to the network. 

Desired tenant will be a quiet person, preferably non-smoking non drinking, absolutely NO soft or hard drug users!
It goes to say that NO LOUD TALKING in the hall where neighbours can hear you inside their home or loud talking on the balcony. 

Also no parties will be allowed.
