About the place

A beautiful 15 m2 room 1st floor apartment in Den Haag for rent from 1st of December 2024 for an indefinite period, as I am a student moving out to another place :) It is located near the center of The Hague with Trams 6 and 4, just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. There is also an Albert Heijn, Hema, and many other shops around the corner for easy convenience. You will share this house with one other roommate who is a working person doing their internship. 

There is a spacious living room of about 20 m2 and a beautifully renovated bathroom and kitchen, which leads into a small balcony that overlooks the cute neighbours' gardens. There is a separate toilet and a room for the washing machine. There is also a small storage room located in the apartment. 

Furniture in the bedroom and the living room can be bought for 200 euros (not including the dining table + dining table chairs, and mattress). The washing machine can also be bought off of me for 200 euros.
