Room available in shared student house 

Hello everyone!
We are an international queer friendly household close to Zuiderpark and we are looking for a new roomie from end of December onwards. 
You will live together with 6 others from the ages of 18 - 26. You will share the bathroom with 3 others and the kitchen with everyone. 

The room is completely furnished with a two personsbed, a desk, a chair and a big closet which is included in the rent. 

The kitchen has two ovens, a combi microwave/ oven and a dishwasher. 
Also included in the rent is a cleaning service that will clean the common areas twice a month. 

As household we like to cook together sometimes and play games. 

Registration is possible. 

Rent is approximately 525 
The deposit is approximately €1300

Direct tram to the city center 
A direct bus to The Hague University 
Multiple shops such as Albert Heijn and Jumbo 5 minutes walking distance.
