In a quiet, green area with direct public transport links to The Hague city centre, Leiden, Delft, Rotterdam, Amsterdam Schiphol airport & more.

The room is already available for viewings; rental contract can start on 1 July 2025.
Contract duration: to be determined based on mutual agreement.

The tenant will be able to register at this address with the municipality.

Transport connections:
- To Tram 6 stop Hofzichtlaan: 8 min walk. From there it's a 9 min tram ride to Den Haag Centraal.
- To Den Haag Mariahoeve station: 4 min by bike. From direct trains to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport take 34 min (via Leiden - 12 min)
- To HMC Antoniushove: 5 min by bike. From there there's a direct tram 19 to Delft. (Alternatively it's possible to cycle further (13 min) to DH Laan v NOI station; from there a train ride to Delft takes 12 min).
- To Voorburg 't Loo RandstadRail station: 8 min by bike. From there Metro line E goes to Rotterdam (21 min ride to Rotterdam Meijersplein / Airport)

All costs (utilities, Internet, furniture, etc.) are included in the rent.
The apartment is fully equipped: washing machine, fridge, vacuum cleaner, stove, oven, microwave oven, etc.
There is 1 parking space outside the building that the tenant can use.
In the basement of the building there is also a locked storage room for the apartment as well as a common bike parking area.

The apartment is to be shared with 1 person (me). I'm 35 (M), recently finished my PhD and working from home. I have had a positive experience sharing this apartment in The Hague (as well as living in flatshares before, when I was a student in Germany and Finland).
