About the Room:
Rent: €473.26 per month (excluding gas/water/electricity)

Additional service costs: €20/month for bi-weekly cleaning

Available from: June 1st, 2025

Furnishing: The room is bright, has a large window overlooking the canal, and can be furnished to your taste.

Who We're Looking For:
A male between 18 and 45 years old (student or working).

Social, independent, and responsible with shared spaces.

Someone who enjoys a bit of fun but isn’t the kind of party animal that shakes the walls.

Location:
Soestdijksekade is a quiet, green street with shops just around the corner. Tram 6 stops almost at the front door, and you'll be in the city center or at The Hague HS station within 10 minutes.
