Also available for use iron + iron board. Plenty of supermarkets all around, small eateries and other new global cuisines to order or pick up delicious food. Close to beach, Several bicycle parking spaces + car parking,  Wi-Fi available.

Desired tenant will be a quiet person, preferably non-smoking non drinking, absolutely NO soft or hard drug users!
It goes to say that NO LOUD TALKING in the hall where neighbours can hear you inside their home or loud talking on the balcony. If you need to be be repeatedly taught adult mannerism please do not reply.
