About the place

Hi everyone,
I am subletting my room in Den Haag, right behind WTC The Hague. The size of the room is around 17m2 and the rent is 760 euros p.m. including utilities. The place is situated between the Laan v NOI station and the beautiful Haagse Bos (forest). The Den Haag Centraal station and the Leiden University Hague campus are both 15 mins away by walk and 5 mins by tram.
The room is part of a three bedroom apartment in a newly constructed building with an elevator. The living room is spacious and has a sofa, dining table, tv and playstation. The apartment has a small balcony overlooking the courtyard of the WTC. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also houses a common toilet, bathroom with shower area and a washing machine.
