About the place

A fully furnished room, with a bed and table. The room is not big.
You share the house with me and another roommate.
I do not accept pets.
I do not accept smokers.
I do not accept untidy people.
I get lots of requests and I cannot reply to all of them.
This price is for a long-term stay if you stay less than 4 months it would be €600. 
You must pay the deposit and rent in advance to confirm the reservation.
