About the place

Are you a man between 25 and 30 years old, have you recently started your career, and are you looking for a cozy house right in the city center? Then this might be something for you! A room in our house on Papenstraat will be available from August 1st!

About us:
We are two young professionals aged 26 and 25. One German, well on his way to obtaining a PhD at TU Delft, and the other Dutch, working as a network manager in mobility and logistics. We are both quite sporty, and even though we have busy lives, we don’t hesitate to occasionally have dinner together, drink a beer, or go for a bike ride.

About the room:
The room itself is 17 m² unfurnished, and has many quirky corners and beams, as it is a rather old house.
Additionally, we have a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful large living room that, with its old style combined with a modern TV, also has a lot of charm! 
The rent for the room is +/- 670 Eur/month (to be confirmed by the landlord), which includes utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet and TV). The contract is an individual one with the landlord, for a minimum of 1 year, and a 1-month rent deposit is required. 
Registration is definitely possible in this house as well. 

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a male, sociable housemate who (like us) leads an active life but also enjoys taking the initiative at home. This could be taking the initiative to do something fun together or to upgrade the house itself (as there’s still a lot that can be improved!).
