About the place

House Oostblok is looking for a last year bachelor's or beginning master's student!
Two rooms will be available in our small cozy house near the Oostpoort.
Room 1 (13 m2) is on the ground floor and will be available (in consultation) in September. All the furniture (the cupboard, the bed and the desk) can be purchased.
Room 2 (11m2) is on the first floor and will be available (in consultation) in September/October. Here too, all the furniture (the bed, the cupboard and the desk) can be purchased.
Both rooms are available until August 2025. 
We are a close-knit house that often eats together when possible, then we go to festivals together and organize brother/sister dinners. We live in the perfect place because it is less than ten minutes by bike to the TU and five to the center. 
You will get a room of 11 m2, we also have a spacious living room, bathroom and kitchen. The rental price (incl.) is €703,05 per month.
