About the place

Dear candidate,

We have a beautiful room available starting on the 1st of September, 2025. This room has 24m² of living space, divided into a bathroom and a sleeping/living area. You'll need to share the kitchen with one other person.

The house is a 10-15 minute walk from Delft station and the city center. A total of 8 people will be staying in the house. PLEASE NOTE! These rooms are suitable for students who want to seriously pursue their studies. This is not a student house where parties are organized.

The rent for the room is €750, which includes all costs. The deposit is one and a half times the monthly rent, so in this case, €1,125.
