I’m offering my private DUWO studio on the Delft campus for sublet from 1 September until 31 December 2025 (start date negotiable, with the possibility of a one-month extension). The studio is about 22 m², with its own bathroom and kitchen. There’s also a shared space in the building with washing machines and dryers. It’s the perfect home if you want your own place while still being close to everything.

💸 Rent & costs
The rent is €615 per month, including utilities (G/W/L). There’s also a one-time security deposit equal to one month’s rent.

👀 Who am I looking for?
A tidy, quiet, non-smoking student without pets.
It’s important that you’re a full-time student, doing a minor, or doing an internship in Delft to be eligible for the sublet.
