About the place

Dear room-seekers,

We are a master's student house for four people looking for a subtenant from August 17th to early November. We are members of various student associations such as Shot, Laga, Paal Centraal, and our study associations (IO, KT, LST). We enjoy eating together, having tea, wine, or craft beer together, and planning fun (spontaneous) outings every now and then. We have a large common room, in the summer we can relax on our two balconies, and in the winter we are all up for a fun movie night.

The room is 16.5 m² and costs €515 per month, all inclusive. This includes a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer in a fantastic location in Delft. We live on Bauxietpad, within walking distance of Jumbo supermarket and Delft city center.
We are looking for an active master's student who regularly joins us for dinner, doesn't mind our bad jokes, and enjoys music. Does this sound like you and do you?
