Two furnished rooms will be available in House Louis Coupeerzaag.

ROOM 1: The room is 11.4 m2 for €397,29 per month (+ about €100 utilities). It comes fully furnished. The furniture must be bought from the old tenant for €400. This includes dresser, bedframe incl. slats and storage drawers, mirror, clothing rack & more. 

ROOM 2: The room is 14 m2 for €448,50 per month (+ about €100 utilities). It comes fully furnished. The furniture must be bought from the old tenant. This room has direct access to the apartment's balcony and gets lots of sun! ☀️ 

The apartment is next to Delft Campus station and a 2-minute walk from Lidl or a 5-minute bike ride from AH XL. By bike, you are within 10 minutes of the campus or the city center. The apartment has a living room, a kitchen, a large TV, a washing machine, a balcony and a storage room.

You'll be living with Ali, a PhD student from India (23/f) who loves reading and salsa/bachata music and dancing ✨.

Her ideal housemates would like to join for dinner a few times a week, with someone cooking and the others cleaning. Occasional house outings or activities like going to a thrift store, an exhibition, or a wine and games night would be fun too! 🍷 Housemates who are always up for a chat, but who also have their own life.
