The luxurious room is located in three-floor house within a prestigious and safe complex in the center of Delft. The room is furnished, renovated, spacious and quiet. There is a private bathroom on the same floor equipped with bath/shower, wash basin, cabinet, and toilet. The room includes build-in office furniture such as a table with a wardrobe, an office chair, a bed,  a fridge, a microwave, a water boiler, and other high quality amenities. The landlord lives on the second and the third floors and has their own sanitary facilities. They are very flexible and after discussion is willing to adjust some things according to your requirements after the discussion. The tenant schould be a non smoker and trustworthy  person (preferably a girl) who will keep their room and bathroom clean. There is no kitchen and washmachine available for the tenant, but there are some kitchen facilities in the room. The landlord offers International cooking for the tenant upon request.
