Shared kitchen with six other flatmates (a separate freezer is available in the kitchen).

Laundry room with washers and dryers downstairs.

Flatmates are quiet and respectful; although the kitchen is shared, you will rarely encounter others.

5-minute walk to Delft city center (supermarkets like AH, Jumbo nearby).

Bus stop right outside; 2 stops to Delft train station.

15-minute walking distance to TU Delft main campus, and just 5 minutes to the BK faculty.

15-minute train ride to The Hague or Rotterdam.

Next to the Delft Botanical Garden, with a lovely small garden downstairs — great natural environment.
