room for rent

Dear man/woman/student/working,

I am Philip, 31 years old and immediately looking (from August 1) for a roommate until February 1, 2025 in my (rental) house in Breukelen. I myself work 4 days a week as a CDD specialist at Achmea in Amsterdam. For what it's worth, the house is located in the center of Breukelen. More important to mention is that Breukelen has a train station and is ideally located to get to Amsterdam or Utrecht. For both directions you can be there within 20 minutes. As you can see from the pictures, it is quite a spacious house that you will only share with me. I myself work alternately in the office or at home and am looking for someone who ideally works as well. You can do whatever you want in this house, but it's nice if we can agree on certain things.
