About the place

I'm subletting my room in Breda for a few months while I'm away, and I won’t be returning. The student room is located on Tramsingel — just a short walk from both the city center and the train station, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Rent: €662.50 per month(Incl g/w/e)
Available: Immediately
Duration: Flexible — I can cancel my contract in June, but you're welcome to stay until October. There’s also the option to take over the room once the contract ends.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, couch and a TV. I’m happy to leave the furniture if you’d like, but I can also move it out — that’s open for discussion.
