You share a bathroom with washing machine, living room and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and induction cooking with the main resident. 
There is also a lovely backyard.  Bicycle storage available.

All facilities within cycling distance, public transport is within easy reach.
Room 1 (12m2) has a sink with hot and cold water, wardrobe, new bed and new mattress.

Room 2 (12 m2) has a large desk and offers plenty of space for your own belongings. 
These rooms are offered together but only to one person. Renting a single room separately is not possible.

Total rent for the 2 rooms together is 650 euros pm including internet, furniture and equipment. 
Bare rent: € 550,-
Internet: € 30,-
Furniture, upholstery and house equipment: € 70,-
The costs for energy and water will be calculated afterwards, in transparency, by showing the bills. The amount will then be substracted from the deposit.

Both rooms have a spacious feeling due to the high ceiling.
The advantage is that you have a lovely bedroom and a separate study or office with plenty of space. Another option would be to create a separate sitting room next to your bedroom.

Smoking indoors and pets not allowed. Free parking in the street.

This rental concerns subletting with permission of the owner, so it is a temporary contract where the duration is determined in consultation. Deposit 1 month rent, 550 euro.
