About the place

Hi I recently moved into a house in Badhoevedorp and am looking to fill the 2nd room. The apartment has no upstairs or downstairs neighbours, beautiful new bathroom and kitchen, spacious living room and balcony. The room is not huge but fits a bed, table and small closet. Apartment has floor heating.  Deposit 2200; Rent is 1225 (bills are included in the price). Location is Badhoevedorp (Jan van Gentstraat) (20min bike to town). Registration, contract – all possible. Looking for a clean tidy working person who enjoys occasional deep chats but doesn’t mind keeping to themselves either. I work from home sometimes, I play tennis a lot, am non smoker, care about environment.
