About the place

The house is situated in a quit lane near the city centre, bus and train station. The room (16.7m2) is situated on the 2nd floor with a large window looking out over the back. Two other persons are also living here both students; one lives on the 2nd floor, the other on the 3rd floor.  With both you share in the use of toilet, washing machine, shower and a small balcony. With the other renter on the 2nd floor you share a kitchen. One does not smoke, does not have pets and a quit person is preferred.
