About the place

From 15 July one room is available in the house of Statenlaan 111. The location is very accessible to HAN University (Presikhaaf), city centrum and station, South Arnhem and Sonsbeek park. The room is located on the second floor, has carpeted floor, a bed with mattress, a table, a closet and an optional steel closet you can buy from the previous tenant. The room is well-ventilated and has good lighting. You will be sharing the house with three other male roommates (one in attic, one in your floor, one below which is the landlord himself).
