Looking for someone to sublet my room in a two-bedroom apartment (the other room is occupied by a working male, 35) with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Available from now till the end of August, without registration. It is well located to the city centre, a bus stop, and a supermarket in a calm locality. An ideal tenant should be working professional or student, neat, organised and peaceful. The rent is 450 €/month. All prices and extra charges are included in the rent.
