About the place

We are looking for a new housemate! The room (shown on the first 2 pictures) will be available in early July (but the exact date depends on how quickly the current roommate has moved all their stuff out - this shouldn't take long. As soon as we know more we will update this quickly. There will also be additional pictures uploaded soon of the kitchen and backyard).

This is an unfurnished room of 10 m2, it includes a laminate floor and has a straight ceiling. (Perhaps the pictures where furniture from the previous roommate is still visible will give you a good idea of how spacious the room is) The room is on the first floor of the house. We share the living room (picture 3), dining room (picture 4), kitchen, bathroom and another separate toilet. You may also make use of the shared washing machine. There is a small backyard as well for you to store your bike away and a small shed for any extra stuff you might not be able to keep in your room. We find it important that we keep everything tidy together - so there is a cleaning schedule that applies to everyone.

The city center is at 10 minutes cycling distance - there is also a bus stop at 5 minutes walking distance. You can travel to Arnhem Central Station within 10 minutes by bus from there.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed by the landlord (unless it's a hamster, which can be discussed) but you won't feel lonely if you do like animals: in fact, the friendly cat from next door comes by regularly to say hello.

Of course, we are each friendly and don't bite - but we all like to do our own thing for the most part and love our peace and privacy. We consist of students/working people between the ages of 20-34.
