Room near HAN University of Applied SciencesThe room is in a building which is a 5 minute walk from the HAN university. The apartment has a good atmosphere as its tenants are respectful. The room is fully furnished. As for the house rules, pets, smoking inside, drugs as well as loud music are not allowed. The utilities include: water, heating, electricity and gas- €50 per month, furniture use 20€ per month,  internet use 15€ per month, garbage and water tax €15 per month. As of now the room is available until the end of January, although at the beginning of the year there will be clarification regarding a potential contract extension.
