About the place

WHERE WILL I LIVE?
On the Zutendaalstraat in Nieuw Sloten. There are two of us sharing the house. My roommate bought a house and is taking a lot of stuff with him. I will therefore renew the interior!

The house is 96m2. Has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms and a front and back garden (with shed for your bike). It is about the spacious room (18m2?) shown in the video. The extra room has a desk, stuff from Lou and you can possibly put a closet. Saves space in your bedroom! 

It is a quiet neighborhood, no nuisance. At 5min walking distance from Belgiëplein with Dirk/AH/kruidvat etc for your daily groceries. 
With 25min cycling you can look up the noise in the city. Streetcar 2 and bus at 3min walk. With streetcar 2 you are within 25min at Museumplein / Leiden. With 5 min cycling you are at Metro (Heemsteedestraat) and with 10 min cycling at Lelylaan station.

WHO AM I?
You will live with me (Simone) and Loulou (the cat). I am 35 years old, have an active lifestyle and work full time as a psychologist. Love sports, sauna, museums, drinks, reading, traveling, discovering new things etc.

WHO AM I LOOKING FOR?
A social roommate who is roughly in the same stage of life and working. I am looking for someone who is looking for a place for a longer period of time. Important to me that the house remains a quiet place. Occasional people over is nice but no weekly parties. I am also looking for someone who likes to have dinner/ drinks/games together. 

And last but not least. Lou is a little character... Cuddling and playing with her is of course a must! Otherwise life here will be tough I'm afraid 😉
