About the place

Hi there! My roommate just moved out, so I'm looking for a new person to share this beautiful place with for the next 2 years. 

I have lived here for the past 2 years and I simply fell in love with this place! It's located right between Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark. Ideal, if you like to go for a run or hangout in the summer. Also, the connection from here is amazing. If you are using a bike together with public transport, Amsterdam Lelylaan is only 5 minutes away. Bus 15 will take you to the Zuidas in 10 minutes. Trams 2 and 1 will take you to the center in 10 minutes from Hoofddorpplein and Surinameplein accordingly, which both are +- 5 minutes walking. 

Warmondstraat is also perfect in terms of the placing: it is not right next to the busy road, but 1 street away, so the most noise will come from the plains :) 

You are getting a huge room of 25m2, which is pretty unique to Amsterdam. There is enough space to make it a bedroom, an office and a living room all in one!

There is a downside though. Compared to your huge bedroom, the rest of the appartement can feel a bit small, especially the kitchen. And also there is no sink in the bathroom, so you'll have to use the one in the kitchen to brush your teeth etc.

And finally there is a shared balcony, where I like to drink my coffee in the morning and enjoy the rose-ringed parakeets that come every couple of days to eat some berries off of the trees in the backyard.
