Looking for a replacement to take over the lease of my room mate's bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment available from 9 November 2024 untill September  2025.

Looking for a clean tidy individual (sorry no couples). Somebody sociable who likes to keep their space clean and tidy.

- Fully-furnished
- Two Balconies: One with seating.
- 122 Square Meters: Big ol' living room etc,
- Bath AND shower, separate toilet
- Lift
- Rent is ~1500 p/m excl. 
-You will be sharing the flat with a room mate who is me, (29, M British)
Financial Requirements (set by the agency):
- Security deposit: €3,000
- Advance payment of one month rent: €1582,50
