I rent out 1 fully furnished room with WiFi, linen and all basic kitchen/bathroom facilities via a 3-month rental contract that can be extended provided the housesharing is successful.
The rest of the 3-room apartment, such as kitchen with all basic amenities, bathroom with washing machine, toilet, is shared with 1 gentleman, 49 years old, freelance mediator advisor and full-time working young man of 25 years old. The room is located in a nice area of Amsterdam West and has a balcony.

I hope to find 1 working and/or studying, reliable and easy-going, clean person.
