Looking for a New Housemate (24–35 years old, ideally working) – Move in from March 1st, 2025!

🏠 Fully furnished 70 sqm apartment, except for your bedroom (unfurnished).
🛏️ 10 sqm private room, perfect for someone looking for a cozy and personal space.
🐱 You’ll be living with a 32-year-old architect from Italy and a very friendly ginger cat—so must be pet-friendly!

What We’re Looking For
✅ Someone clean, respectful, and easygoing.
✅ Preferably working (full-time or freelance).
✅ Pet-friendly and open to living with a cat.
