About the place

For rent: Beautiful large furnished room (30 m2) in a large apartment (90 m2) in Amsterdam Centrum-Oost. Shared bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and spacious south-facing balcony.

Location: Our apartment is located on the Kadijken, a charming and quiet neighborhood next to Artis. Within walking distance of great cafés, restaurants, cinemas, Oosterpark, and Roeterseiland. Less than 15 minutes by bike to Central Station and Dam Square, less than 10 minutes to Waterlooplein.

Cost: 900 euros per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, and municipal taxes.

Who will your housemates be? I’m a 45-year-old mother with two quiet, friendly children aged 9 and 11. The children live with their father half of the week. They’ve been accustomed to having housemates since they were young and have always enjoyed living with everyone!

I work from home as an online coach and course provider, helping people sleep better during stressful times.

Who are we looking for? A social, responsible housemate. Female. Studying or working.
