About the place

We are looking for a new roommate to join our cozy apartment in Zuid-Oost. The room is available immediately, with a preferred move-in date no later than December 1.

The room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and desk.
Rent: €799 per month (including utilities).
Viewing date: Thursday, November 13.
Address registration is possible and recommended.
Minimum rental period: 6 months.

The entire apartment is approximately 110m², fully furnished, and well maintained. There is a spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom shared with the current housemates.

We are Jackie from Malta, Isa from Spain, and Cele from Italy, and we are all between 26–28 years old. We have different schedules but always find time to spend together, and we hope you’ll join us too!

- With previous experience living with roommates.
