About the place

From mid-December, a bedroom (8 m²) will be available in my cozy shared apartment in Amsterdam East. Registration is not possible.
The room is unfurnished, but it does have a built-in wardrobe.
The apartment includes a shared living room, dining area, kitchen, office space, and bathroom.
Great location: on a quiet street close to Oostpoort, Park Frankendael, and Amstel Station – near all the lively spots of the city.
I’m looking for a female housemate who is not a student, clean, calm, and tidy, doesn’t throw parties, and enjoys a relaxed and friendly home atmosphere.
The room is initially available for 6 months, to see if we’re a good match.
