About the place

We are looking for a new roommate in Amsterdam East for this bright room with private balcony! 
It is a 3 story flat where everyone has their own room, but we share bathroom and kitchen. The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, couch and closet. 
The current household is M. (female/35/working/Dutch), R. (female/20/studying/German) and M. (20/studying/Spanish). Rent includes gas, water, light, internet and waste taxes.
