About the place

The house is located in a street that runs parallel to the Frederik Hendrikstraat which leads to the Hugo de Grootplein. There you will find several cozy cafes and restaurants. For daily shopping you can choose between Albert Heijn (F. Hendrikstraat) and Dirk v/d Broek (2e Hugo de Grootstraat). Both are within walking distance. Therefore you can say that you have all the comforts of a quiet street but also all the advantages of living in this neighborhood. In terms of public transport, things are made easy for you. Tram stops for lines 10 & 3 are around the corner. You can take buses 18 & 21 to central station (10 minutes). But it is actually much more fun to take the bike and cycle through the historic city center. Would you rather relax in a park? This is possible in the Westerpark with a choice of culture, terrace or sportsmanship. There are various public transport options within walking distance and there is a good connection by car to the Ring A10.

Layout:
You reach the house on the first floor via the communal closed staircase.
The spacious hall provides access to all rooms.
At the rear of the apartment is the wide living room, which is wonderfully located due to its corner location. From the living room you reach the balcony through sliding doors.

The closed kitchen is simple but spacious and offers more than enough space for an (extra) dining table. 
The first spacious bedroom is located at the front of the apartment. This space is large enough for a double bed and a wardrobe. The other bedroom is located at the rear and is also of a good size.
The bathroom has a bath, sink and connection for the washing machine and dryer. 
The spacious indoor storage room is nice for storing various items.

Balcony:
The balcony is very conveniently located on the southwest and has a pleasant view of greenery.
