Between 1 October - 1 August there is a room available near Dam Square, on the 'Oudezijds Voorburgwal' canal. 

The canal house has a of 190 square meters of space across 4 floors. 

It is walking distance to Metrostation Nieuwmarkt, Rokin, Trainmore Gym, and two supermarkets (albert heijn, dirk). 

The home has all the needed facilities, a bright living room (around 35m2), two bathrooms, big kitchen on second floor with dishwasher, laundry area and a spacious entry hall (to store up to 1 bike per tenant).

The bedroom is on the 1st floor with 26.82m2 space. This room has 3 windows with a view on the canal. There is enough space for a couch, closet, table and a desk, and you still have space left!

The 1st floor also has a second (smaller) kitchen and bathroom, which you share with 1 other tenant. 

The living room and kitchen on the second floor is currently shared with 4 tentants in total. The current housemates are 3 males (Two Dutch and 1 French),  who are working in Amsterdam and between ages 24-27.

We as renters are diversity & LGBTQ+ friendly.

There will be two other rooms available in this house on 1st of October as well.

This also opens up the possibility that you could move in with 1 or 2 two friends. 3 rooms free in total.

The rent price is 780 EUR. On top of that there will be service costs of around 90 EUR that covers municipal charges, energy & water, internet/tv, washing machine. 

Rent period is fixed; from 1 October to 1 August 2025, so 10 months duration. This is a fixed rent period.

Note: This is a student home, bathrooms and kitchen is not in the best condition because it always been rented to students. We are not going to renovate in this period, so if this is important to you, it might not be the best fit.
