About the place

Are you looking for a cozy place in Amsterdam? A room will soon be available in my lovely apartment on the 4th floor. Here are some details about the space and what I'm looking for in a housemate:

About the Apartment:

    Total area of 60m², spread over two floors.
    Located on the 4th floor (no elevator)
    Two balconies for relaxing outside.
    Spacious living/dining area and an open kitchen to cook together.
    Two bathrooms and a separate WC next to the downstairs bedroom.
    The apartment is unfurnished. I’ll be bringing some furniture, but I think it would be great if we could make it feel like home together.

Moving in can be done via the stairs or, if needed, through the bedroom window.

About Me: I’m 24, just started working in Amsterdam, and I’m new to the city and excited to meet people! I enjoy cooking and baking, and home is really a place for me to relax. I’m social and love hosting dinners or game nights from time to time. I also go out occasionally, but am definitely not a big party person.

What I'm looking for in a Housemate: An open, relaxed, and tidy person who enjoys shared living and communicates honestly. I’d love to hear more about you, why you’re looking for a room, and what you would bring to this shared living space (beyond the material).
